Thursday 20 October
Welcome & Exhibition Opening ~ Novotel Sydney Olympic Park
Come to see the exhibition and meet people before the conference. Free for all registered delegates.

Youth Meet and Greet
After the Welcome & Exhibition Opening, youth are invited to a social function. This will be onsite and will be free of charge. The purpose of the function is for youth to meet and connect before the conference program starts. Further details to registered delegates will be available at a later date.

Friday 21 October
Remembrance Service ~ Novotel Sydney Olympic Park
The Remembrance Service is a time to remember friends and family, and the people we have cared for in our community, who have died. The service is non-religious and everyone is welcome.

Conference Dinner ~ Novotel Sydney Olympic Park
Come and join your fellow delegates for dinner onsite. This will be a social dinner giving people an opportunity to talk, share and meet others. Dinner tickets at a subsided cost of $30 per person, includes food and beverages.
Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance - no tickets will be available during the conference or on the night. The dinner will be free seating.

Saturday 22 October
Men’s Breakfast – Saturday 22 October from 7.30am-8.45am
Women’s Breakfast – Saturday 22 October from 7.30am-8.45am
Hear an interesting speaker and share your ideas and experiences with other men or women! The cost for a breakfast ticket, subsided is $25 per person for a hot plated breakfast. You must book and pay for your ticket in advance.

Young people are encouraged to attend the conference and participate in the mainstream program. Youth under the age of 18 years will need to be accompanied by an adult. Youth may register for the conference as “person with a bleeding disorder”.

Annual meetings of each of the special interest groups will be held on Thursday 20 October 2010, the day prior to the start of the 16th Australian and New Zealand Haemophilia Conference. The meetings will be held at Novotel Sydney Olympic Park.

Group members will be contacted directly regarding funding arrangements and information. All bookings for both the meeting and conference will need to be made on the conference registration form attached.
