Plenary 2 – Dealing with change

1535-1700 | Friday 8 October, 2021

Two years ago we couldn't possibly have imagined what the last 18 months was going to bring. The pandemic has affected us all, and in many different ways. In line with our conference theme, embracing a changing world, we invited Dr Charlotte Keating to present on, 'Dealing with Change'. Charlotte is a psychologist, with a PhD in neuroscience, specialising in adolescents and executives. She is a passionate advocate for mental health, particularly for young people. Charlotte is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and an Associate Member of the College of Clinical Psychologists.

In Charlotte's presentation she explored Covid and 'change fatigue'; identifying stress and burnout; and coping with stress and building resilience. This session was only available to be viewed live.
