Concurrent 2 - Von Willebrand disease

1045-1215 | Friday 8 October, 2021

How much do you know about Von Willebrand disease? The most common inherited bleeding disorder worldwide, over 2,300 Australians are diagnosed with VWD, and likely more still are undiagnosed. We dedicated an entire session to VWD at the 20th Australian Conference on Haemophilia, VWD and Rare Bleeding Disorders, held virtually on 8-9 October 2021.

Susie Couper, Dr Simon McRae, Dr Nathan Connell and a number of our community members discuss VWD and share their expertise and personal experience in this fascinating and informative session. Watch the presentations below.
