HFA encourages the development of excellence in bleeding disorders treatment and care through its support for comprehensive care treatment centres. We auspice and works closely with the Australian Haemophilia Nurses Group (AHNG), Australia and New Zealand Haemophilia Physiotherapy Group (ANZHPG) and Australia and New Zealand Psychosocial Haemophilia Group (ANZPSHG).
The groups are run independently and meet throughout the year. HFA funds a face-to-face annual meeting.
