Why do we need a GP?
Building a relationship with your general practitioner is important at all ages, but increasingly valuable as you grow older. Haemophilia Social Worker Alex Coombs explains how a GP can help you over your lifetime, both with general health issues and support services and the documents you will require for them. Alex also looks at ways to select a GP to suit your needs, who will co-ordinate your care in collaboration with your Haemophilia Treatment Centre.
