HFA National Youth Workshop 2026 | Shared Decision Making

HFA has confirmed funding to support 20 young people (ages 18-30) from around Australia to participate in a National Youth Workshop focused on connection, confidence and having their voices heard in their own healthcare. The workshop will be held in Melbourne from Saturday 21 to Sunday 22 November, 2026. HFA will fund return economy airfares from your capital city, 1 night’s accommodation, return airport transfers in Melbourne and your registration for the workshop including all meals. You will need to fund transfers to and from the airport in your capital city and any additional snacks or beverages or specific insurances. HFA will assess applications on their merit, and in some cases we will contact your HTC for confirmation. It is in your best interest to provide full responses to the questions on the application form. Applications are open only to Australian residents and places are limited.
