Resilience – David and Zev and Mike

Zev, Mike and David have severe haemophilia. They talk about their strategies and attitudes to life that help them be resilient and live well.

They have a positive and common sense approach, but for them it is about:

  • knowing what is important in their life
  • knowing their limits
  • asking for help when they need it
  • and not letting their bleeding disorder dominate their life.
