Haemophilia Foundation Australia (HFA) is running a women’s workshop in Melbourne on Wednesday 1 July – Thursday 2 July 2026. Dawn Rotellini (NBDF, USA) former Chair of the WFH Women and Girls with Inherited Bleeding Disorders Committee, will be a guest facilitator.
The aim of the workshop is to upskill Australian women with bleeding disorders around telling their personal story for their healthcare self-advocacy and to support HFA and local Foundations’ work to advocate for women with bleeding disorders.
The intention is that participants would then be able to share these skills with other women with bleeding disorders, for example, in Foundation peer support or other activities.
