A National Youth Workshop Exploring Shared Decision Making In Australia

This youth-focused workshop explores shared decision making for young people living with bleeding disorders. Participants will build confidence in the decisions that shape their care, while connecting with other young people.

What is included?
- Return economy airfare to Melbourne, one night’s accommodation, meals, and workshop activities will be covered.
Who can apply?
- Young people aged 18-30 living with a bleeding disorder.
- Must be residing in Australia.
- Only 20 places available.
