The 2025 Australian Bleeding Disorders Conference is coming to Brisbane this October! Bringing together our community, health professionals, policy makers and industry, this event is not to be missed.
To help you make it to the Conference, HFA and State/Territory Foundations offer a range of community funding options. This funding provides financial assistance for people living with a bleeding disorder, relatives/partners and carers to attend the Conference.
HFA Community Funding
HFA has allocated some funding for applications from people living with a bleeding disorder, relatives/partners or carers to assist with attending the Conference. You will generally be expected to contribute towards your costs, and part-funding applications are encouraged so we can increase access. Applications will be assessed on their merit and are only open to Australian residents.
State/Territory Foundation Community Funding
State/Territory Foundation community funding is available to members and varies from one foundation to the next. We recommend contacting your local haemophilia foundation for full eligibility criteria, coverage, and to apply.
Haemophilia Foundation Australian Capital Territory
HFACT will be providing funding for members to assist with registration, travel and accommodation costs for the conference. An application form will be available on the HFACT website or from the Counsellor.

Haemophilia Foundation New South Wales
HFNSW covers the conference registration fee for our paid members.

Haemophilia Foundation Queensland
HFQ has allocated funding to assist people living with a bleeding disorder, relatives/partners or carers to attend the Conference. Additional funding is also available for regional and remote families to ensure they can attend.

HFV are pleased to announce that subsidies are now available to support attendance at the upcoming Conference.

Haemophilia Foundation Western Australia
