Rebalancing therapies

A fact sheet on rebalancing therapies for people with haemophilia, their families and carers.

It explains how rebalancing therapies work, types of rebalancing therapies (tissue factor pathway inhibitors or TFPIs and small interfering RNAs or SiRNAs), who they are for and how they are given. It covers treatment safety (side-effects) and living well with treatment. Includes a diagram showing how rebalancing therapies work.
