Natashia was appointed in August 2003 as Director of Development and managed fundraising and events. In 2023 she was appointed to the position of Executive Director. Her role is to lead the staff team and works with Council and other stakeholders to implement the HFA strategic objectives and operational plans.
Suzanne O’Callaghan

Suzanne was appointed in October 2006. Her role is to help HFA develop policy and education resources for the bleeding disorders community. Suzanne has a background in consumer health information and education, and previously worked for many years in the blood borne virus sector.

Kevin Lai
ACCOUNTANT | PART-TIME
Kevin has worked with HFA as a part-time accountant since 1995. His role is to prepare financial accounts and assist with financial management processes.
Pauline Hill
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER | PART-TIME

Pauline started working with HFA in 2021 on a contractual basis. In 2024 she accepted a permanent part-time position. Pauline’s extensive background in digital communications, marketing and design makes her an excellent fit to the HFA team. She supports the website, social media channels and email communications with a goal to making information about bleeding disorders accessible and easy to understand.
